It is mainly composed of heat source, feeder, feeder, rotary drum, discharger, material crushing device, induced draft fan, unloader and power distribution cabinet.
The working principle of organic fertilizer dryer:
After the dehydrated wet material is added to the organic fertilizer dryer, the material is evenly dispersed in the dryer and fully contacted with the hot air under the turning of the plate copying device evenly distributed in the drum, which accelerates the drying heat and mass transfer. How to arrange the drying equipment in the organic fertilizer production line?
1. Feeding bin of organic fertilizer dryer: In order to prevent the clogging of wet and sticky materials in the feeding bin, a reasonable feeding bin structure should be designed, such as: using a hopper with asymmetric geometry; or increasing the inclination of the hopper wall Angle and discharge port; add activated cone or pressure relief plate in the silo; or set up a poke hole at the exit, etc. At the same time, it can also reduce the material in the silo and reduce the silo pressure, which can prevent the phenomenon of material blocking, and can also design a vibrating feeding hopper for arch breaking and discharging according to the nature of the material, which is used for feeding the dryer.
2. Combustion chamber of organic fertilizer dryer: The type of combustion chamber should be selected according to the nature, source of fuel, and the form of dryer combined with factory conditions. For example, if the factory has pulverized coal, a pulverized coal combustion chamber can be considered; for inferior coal, a boiling furnace can be used.
Secondly, the combustion chamber of the organic fertilizer dryer equipment generally needs to consider setting up an “air-flue gas” mixing chamber, installing a thermometer for measuring the temperature of the flue gas and a cold air door for adjusting the amount of cold air mixed. It is also necessary to design a reasonable windshield to prevent the high temperature flame from burning to the dryer cylinder and feeding pipe. The feeding pipe is covered with heat-resistant concrete or brick chute. In addition, reducing the amount of cold air leaking into the feeding pipe is beneficial to improve the drying efficiency.
3.
