Three points to be paid attention to when the cow dung processing machine is processing organic fertilizer:
Three key points should be paid attention to when processing organic fertilizer from cow dung, namely fermentation, ingredients, and granulation.
The first point: During the fermentation process, pay attention to proper oxygen supply and turnover, and the temperature is controlled at 55-65 degrees Celsius.
The second point: the moisture content of fermented cow dung and other livestock and poultry manure should be controlled at 40 ~ 65%. Moisture judgment: Grab a handful of cow dung and work harder. You can see watermarks between your fingers, but do not drip. It’s best to disperse when landing. Fermentation with less water is slow, and ventilation with more water is not good. Therefore, we must grasp the water content well. If the water content is too high, you can add a straw, sawdust, mushroom residue, dry soil powder, etc.
The third point: the start-up temperature should be above 15 degrees Celsius (it can run in all seasons without being affected by the seasons, and try to ferment indoors or in a greenhouse in winter), and the fermentation temperature should be controlled below 70-75 degrees Celsius. Stir evenly and ventilate smoothly. Fermentation of cow manure to produce organic fertilizer requires good (oxygen-consuming) fermentation.
Therefore, oxygen supply measures should be added during operation, and it is recommended to mix evenly, rotate frequently, and ventilate. Otherwise, it will cause anaerobic fermentation, produce odor, and affect fertilizer efficiency. Fermentation is complete.
Generally, after 48 hours of stacking cow dung, the temperature rises to 50-60 degrees Celsius and can reach 65 degrees Celsius on the third day. At this high temperature, it will tip over once. Under normal circumstances, there will be two high temperatures above 65 degrees Celsius during the fermentation process, and the fermentation can be completed within a week.
What kind of organic fertilizer equipment is needed to make cow dung into organic fertilizer?
The first step: through type fermentation equipment
Collect cow dung and cow urine, mix with hay and decaying silage to make compost, and let it ferment. In the fermentation process, the dumper is used to fully ferment the cow dung, which can only be achieved by turning the dump in time and evenly. If some places are very dry and some places are very wet, this will affect the quality of fermentation.
Step 2: Material crushing equipment
Using high-speed rotating blades, crushed fibers have a good particle size, high efficiency, and high energy. Semi-wet material pulverizers are mostly used in the production and processing of organic fertilizers and have good results in pulverizing raw materials such as chicken manure and sodium humate.
The third step: mixing equipment
It can mix and add 30% viscous materials with liquid. There are two oppositely rotating paddle rotors when it is working. Because the blade has multiple special angles regardless of the shape of the material. How about the size and density. Can be mixed quickly and effectively. The bottom opening door is adopted for fast unloading speed and less residual quantity.
