Working principle of Double shaft mixer:

There are 8 gear modules, the number of teeth is 60, the tooth profile angle is 20°; the sprocket pitch is 50.8, the number of teeth is 25, and the tooth profile is GB1224-85. The gears and sprockets are protected by a protective cover, which makes the operation most effective. The oil cap is a kind of pressure oil cup, which is convenient and effective to add lubricating oil. The blade material of the double-shaft mixer adopts composite ceramic material, which is wear-resistant and not easy to stick to dust. The blade structure design is reasonable and simple, easy to replace after wear, long service life.
