Which fermentation equipment is suitable for straw livestock manure processing organic fertilizer

Chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure, sheep manure, etc. are not only rich in nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium nutrients, but also rich in organic matter. Livestock manure is a good organic fertilizer raw material for improving soil and improving soil fertility. However, if livestock manure is used directly, it will have adverse consequences such as damage to the root system, pathogens, and weeds. So what kind of fermentation equipment is suitable for straw livestock manure processing organic fertilizer?
Organic fertilizer is a fertilizer that is beneficial to crops and soil, and is formed by fermenting and decomposing organic-rich materials such as livestock manure and straw waste. Fermentation is a very important stage, which determines the quality of organic fertilizer. Common fermentation methods are tank fermentation, chop fermentation and fermentation tank. What is the difference between them?

Trough fermentation equipment

Fermentation tanks and workshops need to be built. The size of fermentation tanks depends on the layout of the workshop. The fermentation equipment includes trough-type turning machines, chain-plate turning-turning machines, and roulette-turning machines. Tank fermentation is generally carried out in the factory building, which is less affected by weather and less environmental pollution, and can realize large-scale production. When flipping the material, it does not need manual work and is automated.
Suitable scenarios: high production capacity requirements, rainy plant locations, and strict environmental protection.

Stacked fermentation equipment

There is no need to build a fermentation tank, as long as the ground is flat, it can save infrastructure costs. The materials are spread out in strips and piles, and the crawler-type flipping machine can be used for periodic flipping. It can be fermented in the open air, but it is greatly affected by the weather and the environmental pollution is also greater. The stack-type fermentation covers a large area. When turning over the material, a worker is required to drive the turning machine.
Suitable scenarios: areas with low rainfall, warm climate, far from residential areas, large fermentation sites, and not strict environmental protection.

Aerobic Fermentation Tank

The fermentation tank covers a small area and the fermentation period is short. Generally, the fermentation can be completed in 7 days, and the environmental pollution is also very small. The equipment is automated without manual operation. The disadvantage is that the fermenter equipment is more expensive than the tank fermentation and the stack fermentation equipment.
Suitable scene: small fermentation site (for example, the farm needs to ferment livestock manure for environmental protection issues, but the fermentation tank can be used if the site is small), and the environmental protection is strict.
The three fermentation methods have their own advantages and disadvantages, and which method to use depends on the actual situation of the fermentation site.
