Mixing section of raw materials
The operator shall add various raw materials such as N, P, K and additives to the electronic belt weigher in strict accordance with the requirements of the technicians for the amount of each raw material. The raw materials shall be powdery or granular in the process of adding, and no agglomeration is allowed. The material flow shall be uniform, and no intermittent operation is allowed. Otherwise, it will affect the measurement accuracy and the control of granulation process, and ultimately affect the product content. The metered material flows into the raw material crusher and enters the second section.
The metered raw materials flow into the feed port of the pulverizer, and the high-speed operation of the rotor body is driven by the pulverizer motor to pulverize the materials to achieve the required fineness for granulation. In addition to the pulverizing function, the pulverizer also has the function of secondary mixing. The pulverized material enters the belt conveyor through the discharge port, and is transported by the belt conveyor to the drum granulator, and then enters the third section.
The crushed raw materials enter the conveyor of the belt conveyor and are conveyed to the rotary drum granulator for granulation. The solid fertilizer powder to be granulated rises with the rotation of the cylinder and rolls downward under the action of gravity. At the same time, a certain proportion of binder is added according to the amount of raw materials for granulation. The material is wrapped on the surface of the granulation nucleus layer by layer, thickened layer by layer and gradually granulated. Under the action of the above forces, the material gradually forms a base core until it meets the granulation requirements and enters the drying section.
The dryer adopts the method of cylinder edge transmission, flange connection, and direct heat transfer, which is suitable for the drying of compound fertilizer after granulation. The materials to be dried enter the sheet making and drying area with special combination. Due to the tilting and rotary movement of the machine body and the sheet making, the materials are continuously taken up by the sheet making for full scattering and longitudinal movement. At the same time, the materials are fully heat exchanged with the high-temperature furnace gas from the hot blast furnace to evaporate water and dry the materials. Materials to be dried and flue gas shall be operated in the way of downstream and micro negative pressure. There is a secondary granulation area in the dryer, which can perform secondary granulation for some non granulated materials, which is conducive to improving the granulation rate of the system. During the drying process, the temperature of the furnace head and the furnace tail of the dryer shall be monitored at any time and adjusted by adjusting the temperature of the hot blast furnace and the air volume of the tail gas fan according to the process requirements, so that the dried materials can reach the best drying index. The materials for drying are transported to the fifth section by belt conveyor.
The rotary cooler is mainly used for cooling the compound fertilizer product after drying, which can directly cool the hot granular material fertilizer to near normal temperature. The material entering the cooler moves forward continuously under the action of the rotation and inclination of the body. At the same time, the induced draft fan is drawn from the rear of the cooler to the head to meet the countercurrent of the material to take away the heat of the material. During the cooling process, the cold wind also takes away part of the moisture. The cooled material is convenient for timely and fast packaging, preventing caking during storage. The machine adopts the micro negative pressure operation, reduces the pollution, improves the working environment, has the reasonable structure, the stable operation, the adaptability is strong and so on. The cooled material is transported to the sixth section by belt conveyor.
Screening and large particle crushing section
The screening section is mainly to separate the fine powder, finished product and large particle material in the material. First, the fine powder in the semi-finished product is separated, and then the large particles are separated. The separated large particles are crushed by the large particle pulverizer and enter the return belt together with the separated fine powder, and then return to the granulator for granulation. The finished product enters the seventh section.
The finished product is lifted to the bin of the packing machine by the leather hoist, and discharged to the weighing scale body for automatic weighing operation according to the set weight. The weighed material enters the stitching section through the conveyor, and the stitching operation is carried out into the finished product warehouse.
