Our sales manager recommended the powdery organic fertilizer production line to the customer. After watching the production video, the customer was very satisfied with the production line. How to produce organic powder fertilizer?
1. Raw material pretreatment
1.1 If the raw material has too much moisture, it needs to be dried or drained to meet the technical requirements of the formula after the ingredients are mixed.
1.2 If the raw material used is dry raw material, the 22cm particle size must be crushed to meet the requirements.
1.3 If the moisture content of the raw material is 10% and the hardness is large, the wet raw material and the dry raw material can be mixed and soaked according to the formula ratio for 24 hours before processing.
2. Excipients pretreatment
2.1 The auxiliary material with a particle size of M2cm must be crushed evenly to meet the production requirements.
2.2 Hard blocks or metal and long wiring strips mixed with auxiliary materials should be removed first.
3. Mix and stir
3.1 Check whether all kinds of raw and auxiliary materials are ready and whether the conveyor belt and mixer are operating normally.
3.2 First, turn off the unloading switch of the mixer, turn on the mixing operation switch, and send all kinds of materials to the mixing bucket according to the ratio.
3.3 After the materials are added, stir the materials in the mixer to ensure that all kinds of materials are evenly mixed.
3.4 After the raw materials are evenly stirred, turn on the conveyor belt. Turn on the unloading switch of the mixer (the size of the opening is so that the material does not overflow

3.5 After the materials are put out, close the discharge port and the conveying switch of the mixing hopper, and proceed to the next round of batching mixing.
4. Fermenting compost into fertilizer
4.1 Stack the uniformly mixed raw materials on the fermentation field into stacks with a bottom width of 1.8m -3m, an upper side width of 0.8-1.0m, and a height of 1.0m-1.5m, with an interval of 0.5m between the stacks.
4.2 After the raw materials are piled, the temperature will rise to above 60 degrees within 24-48h. After holding for 48h, start turning the pile. Be sure to turn the pile evenly and thoroughly. Turn the low-layer materials into the middle and upper part of the pile as much as possible to fully decompose.
4.3 The complete fermentation composting process consists of four stages: low temperature, medium temperature, high temperature, and cooling. The temperature gradually decreases from low to high. At this time, the material should have no peculiar smell, and the fermentation can be finished.
4.4 After the fermentation, the fertilizer can be used directly or dried and packaged for storage
