Poultry manure organic fertilizer production line uses fresh chicken manure, pig manure, sheep manure, cow manure and other livestock and poultry, as well as straw and sludge as the main raw materials to produce organic fertilizer without any chemical ingredients. So how to operate the Poultry manure organic fertilizer production line to produce fertilizer? The following is an introduction to the organic fertilizer fermentation process.

Poultry manure organic fertilizer production line process
1. Raw material preparation:
Weigh the livestock and poultry manure to be treated (with a moisture content of about 70%); prepare the BM inoculum.
2. Production process:
(1) Mix livestock and poultry manure and BM strains at a weight ratio of 1:10000, and then stir 2-3 times.
(2) The water content of the stirred fermented product should be controlled at 55%-60%, so as to achieve the effect of holding it into a ball and letting it go.
(3) Stack the stirred fermented product on the flat ground, with a height of not less than 1m and a width of not less than 1.5m. Unlimited length.
(4) Fermentation for 24-48 hours, the temperature can reach above 55 ℃, the highest is above 70 ℃, and the deodorizing effect can be achieved in three days.
(5) After 10-15 days of stacking and fermentation, it reaches the pollution-free and national organic fertilizer standards, and can be used as base fertilizer and special fertilizer. For specific organic fertilizer application methods, please refer to 6 ways in applying organic fertilizer.

Chicken manure organic fertilizer production steps:
Step 1: Mix the starter. 1 to 1.5 tons of dry chicken manure (about 2.5 to 3.5 tons of fresh chicken manure), add 1 kg of chicken manure starter, add 5 to 10 kg of rice bran or corn, bran on average per kilogram of starter, stir well and sprinkle into the prepared In good materials, the effect is the best.
Step 2: Adjust the carbon to nitrogen ratio. The carbon-nitrogen ratio of the fermented fertilizer should be kept at 25-30:1, and the pH should be adjusted to 6-8 (ph). Due to the high carbon-nitrogen ratio of chicken manure, some straw, straw, mushroom residue, etc. should be added during fermentation. Fermented together.
Step 3: Adjust the moisture of chicken manure. In the process of fermenting organic fertilizer, it is very important whether the moisture content is suitable. It should not be too high or too low. It should be kept at 60-65%. Judgment method: grasp a handful of materials tightly, and see the watermark between the fingers but not dripping. It is suitable to be able to disperse on the ground.
Step 4: build a pile of chicken manure. When making a fermentation pile, it cannot be too small or too low, which will affect the fermentation. Generally, the pile with height of about 1.5m, width of about 2m and length of more than 2 ~ 4m has better fermentation effect.
Step 5: Mix well and ventilate. Fermentation aids are oxygen-consuming microorganisms, so during the fermentation process, oxygen supply measures should be increased, and it is advisable to mix well, turn frequently, and ventilate, otherwise the fermentation effect of materials will be affected by anaerobic fermentation.
Step 6: Fermentation is complete. Generally, after 48 hours of accumulation of chicken manure, the temperature will rise to 50-60°C, and it can reach above 65°C on the third day. It will overturn once at this high temperature. In general, there will be 2 ~ 3 times of high temperature above 65 ℃ in the fermentation process. 65 If the temperature is above ℃, the fermentation can be completed by overturning 2 to 3 times. Normally, the fermentation can be completed in about a week, so that the material can be completely deodorized, fermented and decomposed, and can be sterilized and insecticidal. Advantages of chicken manure organic fertilizer:
After the livestock and poultry manure is fermented by the livestock and poultry manure starter, the fertilizer efficiency is better, the use is safer and more convenient, and the utilization rate of chemical fertilizer can be improved. Not only chicken manure can ferment organic fertilizer, but also all kinds of animal manure, straw, deciduous garbage, bark, sawdust, etc. can ferment organic fertilizer, and the fermentation method is basically the same. Finally, I would like to remind everyone that no matter what material is used to ferment organic fertilizer, it is necessary to grasp the moisture content, otherwise it will fall short.
