Production of pelleted organic fertilizer equipment:
The production of pelleted organic fertilizer equipment is mainly based on the Organic fertilizer production line equipment composed of granulators and other supporting equipment. There are mainly forklifts – turners – quantitative feeding vibrating silos – pulverizers – drum screening machines – belt conveying Machine-electronic dynamic batching scale (optional)-mixing mixer-organic fertilizer granulator-tumble dryer-drum cooler-coating machine (optional)-automatic quantitative packaging machine.

Pelleted organic fertilizer production steps:
1. Material ratio. 1.5 tons of pig manure (about 2.5 tons of fresh manure) plus 1 kg of fertilizer starter, the starter needs to be mixed with rice bran (or bran, cornflour, and other substitutes) at a ratio of 1:5, and then evenly sprinkled into pig manure Heap, mix well. It is best to add straw or mushroom residue to adjust the carbon-nitrogen ratio.
2. Material stacking. When making the pile, it should not be too small or too short. Too small will affect the fermentation. The height of the pile is 1.5 meters to 2 meters, the width is 2 meters, and the length of the pile is more than 2 to 4 meters. The fermentation effect is better.
3. Temperature requirements. The starting temperature should be better than 15 ℃ (the four seasons can be operated, not affected by the season, try to ferment indoors or in a greenhouse in winter).
4. Moisture requirements. The moisture content of the fermentation material should be controlled at about 65%. Too high or too low is not conducive to fermentation, too little water, slow fermentation; too much water will lead to poor ventilation, slow heating, and produce odor. Method for adjusting the moisture content of the material: if the moisture is too high, straw, sawdust, mushroom residue, dry soil powder, etc. can be added. The method of judging whether the moisture is suitable or not: hold a handful of materials tightly, see the watermark between the fingers but not dripping water, and it is appropriate to disperse after landing.
5. Turn the heap for ventilation. During the fermentation process, pay attention to proper oxygen supply and turning over (the temperature should be turned over several times when the temperature rises to 75°C or above), and the temperature rise should be controlled at about 65°C.
6. Fermentation is completed. Generally, the fermentation can be completed within a week, the material is dark brown, and the temperature begins to drop to room temperature, indicating that the fermentation is completed. If sawdust, sawdust, and rice husks are too much, the fermentation time should be prolonged until they are fully decomposed.
7. The fermented organic fertilizer is granulated by a granulator and then dried, cooled, and screened to complete the production of Pelleted organic fertilizer.

How to use Pelleted organic fertilizer:
1. The pelleted organic fertilizer can be mixed evenly with the garden soil, and then the coconut bran and vermiculite can be added as the soil for planting. Doing so can reduce the concentration of organic fertilizer and prevent the root burning of plants. However, after mixing, the soil viscosity will increase, which will lead to the phenomenon of soil compaction, which needs to be loosened regularly.
2. The pelleted organic fertilizer can be directly and evenly spread on the bottom of the soil. Before applying the fertilizer, a layer of coarse gravel can be laid on the bottom of the soil to play the role of ventilation and drainage. On the top of the organic fertilizer, cover it with another layer. Fine sandy soil will do, which will help the plants absorb nutrients better.
3. When the plant grows for a period of time and it is found that the growth trend of the plant has slowed down, you can dig a small ditch beside the plant, bury the pelleted organic fertilizer in it, and then water it appropriately, which will help the root system of the plant to better absorb the fertilizer and ensure Plants can grow and develop normally.
4. The pelleted organic fertilizer can also be mixed with clean water in a certain proportion, and then sprayed on the soil surface and around the root system of the plant, or after mixing the organic fertilizer with clean water, it can be decomposed and fermented and then applied to the soil, which can promote the root system of the plant. Absorb nutrients from fertilizers.
