As a professional manufacturer of Fertilizer machinery equipment, we have been engaged in the production of fertilizer equipment for more than 20 years. We have served many organic fertilizer manufacturers and related personnel who make organic fertilizers, and we receive questions about organic fertilizer production every day. Especially now that environmental protection has been strengthened, many pig farms are also using waste, turning pig manure into treasure and making organic fertilizers. On the one hand, it reduces the pressure on environmental protection. Get a small income. At the same time, the owners of these pig farms are not very clear about how to compost? When to turn a compost pile? How to make organic fertilizer after composting, and what problems should be paid attention to when making organic fertilizer. Today I will introduce you to the production of organic fertilizer. Information on the front-end process of organic composting:

When to turn a compost pile (1)
When to turn a compost pile?
The whole process from building the heap to demolition and entering the house takes 15 to 17 days. During the whole period, the heap needs to be turned over 3 times. The interval is generally 5 days, 4 days, and 3 days. When the heap temperature reaches the highest and begins to drop, the heap is turned over. more appropriate. When turning the pile for the first time, it should be properly adjusted according to the water content of the culturing material. It is advisable to hold the cultivating material with a firm hand to drip 3 to 4 drops of water. Try not to add water during the turning process in the future. Add the remaining gypsum, lime, superphosphate and other auxiliary materials respectively during the first and second turn over.

Why turn over compost?
1. The turning operation can make the fermentation of the material more uniform, and the turning operation can also play the role of smashing the material.
2. Turning over can provide sufficient oxygen for the inside of compost, so that the material will not be in anaerobic state.
At present, high temperature aerobic fermentation process is advocated in composting process. If the internal anaerobic composting will produce an unpleasant ammonia smell, pollute the environment, damage the health of operators, and also cause nitrogen loss. Turning the pile can avoid anaerobic fermentation inside the compost.
3. Turning the pile can release the moisture inside the material and speed up the evaporation of the moisture of the material.
4. Turning can reduce the temperature of the material: when the internal temperature of the compost is higher than 70°C, if the compost is not turned over, most of the medium and low temperature microorganisms in the compost will be killed. The most important thing is that such a high temperature will speed up the material. Therefore, it is not good for composting if the temperature is higher than 70℃. Generally, the temperature of compost is controlled at about 60℃. Turning the compost is an effective measure to reduce the temperature.
5. Turning the heap can speed up the decomposing of the material: if the heaping is well controlled, the decomposing of the material can be accelerated and the fermentation time can be greatly shortened.

How to do the stacking operation?
1. It can be controlled by temperature and smell. When the temperature is higher than 70℃, it should be turned over, and the smell of anaerobic ammonia should also be turned over.
2. When turning the pile should be internal material to the outside, the external material to the inside of the pile, the upper material to the below, the following material to the above. In this way, the material can be fully and evenly fermented.
