2. After installation, you should carefully check whether the installation is in place, and check whether the installation is not firm enough. Whether the motor shaft and the shredder shaft are parallel, and at the same time check whether the transmission belt tightness is appropriate.
3. Before starting the Straw Crusher, the rotor is first rotated by hand to check whether the operation is flexible and normal, whether there is a collision in the casing, whether the rotation direction of the rotor is correct, and whether the motor and crusher are well lubricated, etc.
4. Don’t change the pulley frequently to prevent the speed from being too high or too low.
5. After starting, it should be idling for 2 to 3 minutes, and then feeding work after there is no abnormal phenomenon.

9. If the rivet head of the impeller of the straw crusher is worn, the worn rivet head can be returned to the original normal state by pressing the impeller body and the hub with electric welding surfacing.
10. If fatigue cracks are prone to occur at the rivet holes of the Straw crusher machine, a whole unused new welding rod can be used to repair the cracks, but it should be done symmetrically around the axis of the impeller, and the cracks should be repaired. Leave the welding rod there, and then use a new welding rod to repair the symmetrical rivet hole cracks. The electrode left after welding is the same length as the electrode left after repairing the symmetrical rivet to ensure that the weight of the welding is equal. If there is no crack at the symmetrical rivet hole, the welding rod should be surfacing here to offset the welding weight of the newly repaired crack at the symmetrical rivet hole. Welding can repair cracks in accordance with this method of symmetrical weight compensation.
11. A simple dynamic balance test is carried out on the impeller, and the method is very simple. Prop up the impeller with hand to make it gently rotating, can not reach the balance of the place will stop to the low point and swing around. If there is a heavy spot welding on the opposite impeller, increase the weight to balance it, or use an Angle grinder to grind the welding mark of the heavy impeller, also can achieve balance, so that the fan can be repaired for normal work. Note that in the process of repairing the fan, electric welding can not be used to spot welding at will, and the welding mark is left on the impeller, so as not to affect the balance of the fan impeller, fail to reach the purpose of repair, and cause greater losses.
